On April 17, 2015, at 1:30 pm, an hourly wage performance of 30,000 won was held next to the fountain in front of the former Jeonnam Provincial Office. Three art workers folded newspapers to make paper boats and floated them in the standing rainwater surrounding the fountain.

(I am looking for someone who can fold origami more artistically even for the same hourly wage of 30,000 won).
