When a social enterprise prepares an annual report to the government, it must report whether it employs vulnerable workers. *Samcheong Education Center: Immediately after the emergency martial law was issued on May 17, 1980, the National Security Emergency Response Committee established this organization within military units as part of a social purification policy. They even arrested women who formed a **gye, saying that they were criminals of economic evil.
